My rates are based on current professional industry standards. Student discounts are available. Weekly rates on gear are negotiable. Please note the minimum wage in California is $12-13/hr depending on how many employees are employed. On a 12 hour day that comes to $182 gross. That's $13x8= $104 + $19.5x4=$78 for a total of $182. This is what the PAs get paid for unskilled labor. My point here is that I don't work for minimum wage as a department head, owner/operator with years of experience developing highly technical skills and providing thousands of dollars worth of equipment. If your budget is tight and you need great sound you may want to re-think your approach or make other compromises.
